boys in the nest box

i have a few extra males i separated from the girls and two male bobwhite since its getting close to breeding. i noticed two of the males i put in an all male pen(all the extras together) are sitting in the nest box like a hen would? yes these are adult males. why?

Are they being picked on? They may have sought solitude to stop harassment. Either that or they are the 2 smartest ones who have found a nice soft spot to get comfy...

well, they aren't getting picked on so i guess it's just like a man to flop on the couch!!!!
