Boys or girls- Rhode Island Reds

Thanks so much, friends!
Can you tell the ages, by any chance? Would the girls be old enough to be laying or are they still pullets?
I have had them just about 5 weeks, bought an a small animal auction.
They are healthy and happy, but I don't wanna keep boys through the winter, and the girls haven't laid a single egg for me...so not sure if it's the weather or what- although we've had a great fall.

THANK YOU for any input/ advice
Hugs

Are those the only birds you have? Because...All of those have the skinny/ pointed feathers of males. (You might need to get some pre-sexed chicks.)

They are pretty! By the looks of it...approx. 5 months old, maybe 4. I'd go with 5 months though.

I have like 75 birds at the moment. I started this venture in August. We moved to a farm last summer and it was the "right" time to add livestock.

So, I have 8 RIR's. I just took some random pics this a.m. b/c it was like 20F and it was windy COLD!

They DO have beautiful shiny feathers. I purchased them at a small animal auction the first week of October.

I have Buff Orpingtons - 4 hens and 1 Roo. I also have a huge Buff Cochin Roo (I couldn't resist him, he's soooo beautiful). I also have 3 Pullets and a cocketrel that I will cull when he gets a bit larger.

The rest of the birds, 24 white rocks that I plan to get eggs from come spring (They are only like 7 weeks old), and about 30 meat birds that I will butcher just before Christmas.

Thank you for asking!!
Have a great day
Christina
PS- It's okay if they are roo's, I just need to know which ones will become Christmas presents...

Those are all boys, I am positive.
