BR hen looks sleepy a lot today

I have a Barred Rock Hen that looks very sleepy all day today. She's usually very active but she has her eyes closed often. When I let her out this morning she would just stand there with her eyes closed. She also was puffing up like she was going to lay an egg

or something but she already laid an egg this morning. Any suggestions[VIDEO][/VIDEO]

How does her crop feel? Do you notice a foul odor from her mouth?
Last year, my WL hen, Pearl, had much the same behavior as your girl.
I picked up her, felt the enlarged squishy crop, smelled the foul odor and immediately knew she had sour crop.
I gave her olive oil and massaged the crop-- she started vomiting and by the time it was said and done, her crop was back to normal.
I fed her plain yogurt for 7 days as a precaution and she's not had a recurrence, thank the Lord.

Crop did seem squishy. But I couldn't smell anything foul. The wings were drooping down and she seems to be lethargic

I just separated her from the others.
