Hey everyone, just thought it might be fun to start a thread to show off our chicks. No real point other than I can’t get enough of these adorable little dinosaurs!

Right now I have three groups:

The “big girls” almost 9 weeks old, three RIRs and two barred rocks. All pullets most likely.

The naked necks:
Almost 6 weeks old, one pullet, one cockerel.

The bantam babes around 3 weeks probably? One buff silkie and one duccle!
My toddler about died when he saw these two so, here we are

I hate having two chickens that look alike I also love the rainbow of egg colors chickens lay I’m hoping to get some white egg layers next spring.

What color/kind of chicken is your hen? Very pretty, and adorable babies . Thanks for sharing!

Hen is an araucana pullet. The striped chicks are pheonix (potential mixes), the black and whites are Java mixes, and the fibro is a sexlink

mom is so protective! she’s so good at her job it’s awesome to watch her in action
