Hi everybody...
Hope you nice people can help me out, once again
I have a Light Brahma, possible with some Wyandotte in here/him..
In my flok, i have 5 hens - and got 2 more - many month ago.. We did al introduction/integration, as most people suggest.. One of them found pretty fast here place in the hieraki, and there has been no real problems.. Shes one of them now
- The other on, has never got acceptet by the group.. She is so sweet, and very tame.. Shes really adorabel
Both here sister (the one she came with) and most of the other hen from the group, chase here, and from time to time, jumps here and peck on here.. It was horrible too witness, and she became very nervous and jumpy, if you know what i mean...
As a result i build a new house and a new coup for here, and bought 2 others as company, the same age as here (the 2 didnt knew each other as well).. The 3 became quickly friendly, and my bullied hen, toke the lead and became top of the group.. So far, so good.. So 2 groups with each there own house and pen..
After a while we began closing up, to a bigger common place, much bigger yard, so the have lots of space, grass and dirt they can peck in and do what they love to do..
Now some of the old group again attacked here.. The 2 other new onces, got som "beatings" too, but on a normal scale, and after a while they found there place.. Nothing out of the ordinary.. But my Brahma hen, sadly still gets attacked on a nother level.. most of them really dont like here..
At evening they get closed in on there seperat pens and houses, so she not getting attacked there..
I had looked for answers for the bullying for many month now, and the question - is she a roo - comes from time to time.. But i dont think that she looks like on..
Could he/she be hiding here gender? Only thing that I can see is, that she has pretty big flaps, which i dont normally see in Braham hens..
Further info: I dont know he exact age.. My guess is that she is at least 6,5 month.. And could be up to 7,5 month.. She/he dosen't lay egs..
I postet some pictures.. Really hope you can help me out
Could she/he be a roo?
- I'm sorry if my english is bad, im from Denmark, Europe..
