I have a Brahma that was hurt, she puts weight on one leg and her whole body turns , the foot then looks backwards … I have isolated her and she doesn’t act like it hurts, what is it and how can I help her…

Oh the poor thing!:(

I'm going to tag in @Eggcessive and @coach723 too, hopefully they have better suggestions.
Is the joint on the "bad leg" swollen?

If vet care is an option that would be best, but perfectly understandable, vets can be quite expensive and finding one that sees chickens is pretty rare.

You can try splinting the leg to help stabilize it to see if that makes any difference.
I'm no expert on leg injuries for sure - problem that I see is she's unable to move that leg at all right?

She may benefit from being placed in a sling once you stabilize the leg. Some birds are very agreeable in a sling, some not, so you will have to monitor her.
She looks quite stressed, so IF you feel she's in a lot of pain, then you can give her 81mg Aspirin twice a day for 2-3 days max.

I would also give her 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily (this can be given for a few weeks) to help support leg health.

She can move it , but if she just stands , her whole body twists … i will try to get one of her trying to walk tomorrow

It might be a ruptured tendon or a dislocate hip or leg, but hard to know exactly. Brahmas are heavier birds, so she may have injured it jumping if her roost is very high. Hopefully, it is not something like Mareks disease causing lameness in one leg. A vet would be best to xray to leg with an exam, but that would be hundreds of dollars. You can try forcing rest, and giving some aspirin (1 low dose 81 mg twice a day for 3 days,) as well as the sling. Some chickens will not tolerate a sling if they can get out of them. But they can be helpful for feeding if they stay in them.

I agree with all the suggestions given. From the video I really can't tell if she has an injury, or if the leg is simply not working (Marek's). Unfortunately Marek's often hits at point of lay agewise. An x-ray would probably be helpful, but totally understand if the expense is too much.

I think it is an injury , it was sudden, like she was fine and I went and started working on water and feed and came back maybe 15 minutes and she was like that … we immediately took her home and put her in our make shift chicken hospital, big dog cage , so she can’t jump on anything ..
