Brand new baby Keet!

I have a baby keet! So far one has hatched. I don't see any peck marks on the other 9 eggs, but Henny-Penny, my Sussex, is still willing to sit on the eggs. The little grey ball of fluff peeked out from mom's wing to eat some food on a paper plate. Henny-Penny shpowed her how. I am so excited to get a Blue Coral! Hopefully the other eggs will hatch today or tonight! joey

I have a little d'Uccle hen raising 5 keets.

They're a month old now and still following her around even though they're almost larger than she is.
