Brand new duckling HELP!

I had three of my ducklings hatch lastnight. Two of them are up and seem strong and healthy. The third has been laying down all morning. I just went and checked and it foamed yellowish tinted clear liquid from nostrils and mouth. He seems very weak. But they are all still in the bator. Havent been given any food at all. Im sure they can get water from the sponges I ude for humidity but that's it! What's going on and what should I do? I REALLY don't want he/she to die. :'(

I think so. I know I posted it in two different places. However, I just read a lot of other forums in here and i went and got a vitamin supplement for the water and food. I've made sure he's gotten water and he tries to eat but his neck is limp. I have his legs tied together with a thin rubberband like a woman said do in one of these forums and it worked. He seems stronger already but he seems like he hatched too early. His little belly is swollen too.
