its an Rite farm, 12 egg and started right out of the box. But weird thing is I can unplug it (110v) and plug it back in and it will stop, motor is vibrating but after checking it every hour with golf balls in trays it never did change position. Unplugged it again, plugged it back in and it is rotating non-stop. It is a Synchronous Motor cw/cvv,2.5hr-3r per min

Will this cause problems with eggs hatching if I was to use it this way?

I answered on your other post-----those turners turn real slow----usually a complete cycle every 4hrs+/- so eggs are slowly moving 24/7.

Okay, first time I went to use it, it rotated back and forth non-stop. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and now, motor is vibrating but not rotating continuously like it was. But, everytime I unplug and replug it back in, it will start rotating continuously-non-stop

I'm picturing it turning fast for some reason, spinning those eggs around every few minutes. But that may just be the picture in my head. If it's slow and you're getting a slow, complete rotation, then it's probably fine. If it is super fast, I'm not so sure. We'll have to wait for someone with more experience with these types of turners.
