brand new Janoel 24 smells like burnt rubber

Hi Guys, has anyone encountered a burnt rubber smell when they run their janoel 24 for the first time?
i thought maybe it was just burning off residue or something but 48hrs later it is still giving off the smell, there is no signs of smoke and otherwise it seems to be running smoothly
.. i was optimistic initially but now not so much
Any insights would be appreciated

I’ve been running mine for about 2 weeks now and I have never had that smell. I would send it back.

I don't have any experience with the item, but I too would send it back. Sounds like either a fire or fume risk to me.
