ok just so Im straight-this is a phone I can buy..bring it to my verizon store... have them plug in my DD's cell # ( pay for whatever ridiculous fee there is for them to do it) and she should be all set with a new phone that has never been used??? If this is the case then Im bidding-how long ago did you get this phone?
 
The phone was purchased less than a month ago and is still in original packaging.
Might want to clairify with Chelsea but I think I understand it the same way you do.
