Brand new to hatching chicks!!!!

We just got 2 new peeps and one is very fiesty and the other one is very tired looking. It is peeping and breathing. Its sak was bloody. Is there anything I need to know?

It may perk up or it might not. Some just don't make it. But a lot act weak for the first while an are just fine. Hatching takes a lot out of them.
