(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? My chicks have not yet hatched so I am BRAND new to this. I will be very grateful for this community to help me be successful!
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 15 eggs that are at day 18 in the incubator
(3) What breeds do you have? Cochin, easter eggers, Isa browns and another 'surprise.' I got freshly laid eggs from friends to start my coop, which is also almost complete.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? TBA. But I do very much love being outdoors, I love homesteading activities and I love animals.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Cooking, reading, gardening, walking, hunting, fishing, spending time with my family
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. RN. Mom to 4 kids: 3 boys/1 girl. Also a Weimeraner mom.
