The brand of feed I buy varies based on which feed store I am at/near when I need feed. 
Really, I find the chickens to be like little garbage disposals and they will eat anything I give them. They are both reputable brands of feed and I feel your flock can be healthy on either. I would do what's more convenient for you. Is one store closer? Or does one stay open later so getting feed works better with your work hours? This may not be the scientific answer you were looking for, but really, they will be just fine either way
