Hey guys! Brand new chicken herder here, though I have been herding toddlers for the last 6 years or so

I have three birds, one black sex link pullet, a buff orpington Cockrell, and apparently a black sex link Cockrell. All three are about 17 to 18 weeks old. And I am looking to add a few more bullets to the flock. Have already learned so much from you guys, looking forward to learning more!

Welcome to Backyard chickens. Maybe you can trade the roosters for more hens. Roosters can be aggressive and children being closer to the ground, usually feel the affects hardest.

Your hens will lay just as many eggs without a rooster, though the eggs will be unfertile and cannot be hatched.
