"Let me make this clear: though I love everyone's puns and funnies, we renamed the bird in honor of and in support of the Democratic candidate.
She is an excellent chicken, well-travelled and well-read, who wants only the best for her fellow Ameracaunas. She comes in peace, provides eggs for our family, is lovely to listen to and a credit to her species. We thnk she is full of good ideas, as well as grain and eggs."
"For the first time, in a long time, i have hope."
"I thought it was intelligent, compassionate, and very "in touch." I don't know where the critics get the "elitist" or "celebrity" stuff from...this guy knows what it's like because he's lived it, and his speech made this blatantly obvious.
In his speech, Brarawck O'Brahma also laid out his plans specifically for making the wonderful land of Ameraucana better for every chicken and human alike. Sure, he's a great speaker and writer, but so were JFK and Martin Luther King, Jr. Just because one can speak well doesn't mean one is all hot air. (As an English teacher, I'm offended by the idea that, if someone can write or speak well, that means they have nothing to say. Huh?!) His ideas were clear and make sense for the 21st century. He definitely had his "hackles up" in "McCrane"'s direction; there's going to be a ruckus in the henhouse during the debates, that's for sure. There should be no doubt that he can be tough when the time is right.
Brawack was a class act. He didn't stoop to personal attacks in his speech and he explained why. People like him only come along once in a LONG while, and I think our country needs this, BADLY. Almost anyfowl who doesn't belong to his flock is flocking behind a hawk disguised as a chicken. Once the hawk is revealed, it will be four more years of the same thing...
How many chickens need to die fighting predators before you say enough is enough and lock them in the henhouse behind some nice, strong hardware cloth? Should we allow our sick and old birds no access to medication? If a chick is lost and has no one to raise it, do we throw it to the big, wide world, without older, smarter chickens to guide it?
Sometimes I think we treat our chickens better than we treat ourselves. Brawrack O'Brahma is the answer."
Yes, yes, and yes!!!
