Brassica recipes and ideas

Things may well be wholly different in Indiana but I find broccoli dead easy to grow, cauliflower seems a little more prone to problems and I have never had much luck with the brussel sprouts. I would probably give more effort to the brussel sprouts because I like them but since my wife hates them I just gave up.
