my bread machine calls for the dry ingredients first, then the liquid, then it has a little yeast dispenser in the lid that dumps it in for you when the time comes.
but from looking around it looks to me that you do add wet then dry for that machine...
this is an excerpt from a review i found...with recipe too...
"Here's all it takes to bake a scrumptious one-and-a-half pound loaf of bread with this bread maker: Dump 1 1/8 cups water and 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter into the baking pan. Sift together 3 cups flour, 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry milk, 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar, 1 1/4 tsp. salt, and 3 tsp. Lora Brody's Bread Dough Enhancer*. Pour the flour mixture into the bread pan. Make a little hollow place on top of the flour mixture and put 1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast there. Close the lid, push the buttons, and go do something fun. Less than three hours later, you'll hear a musical little ding and voila! You've got yourself a beautiful loaf of bread.
You'll notice that I listed *Lora Brody's Bread Dough Enhancer among the ingredients above. Don't even think about making a loaf of bread without this ingredient (I buy it at my Williams Sonoma store), because it makes a tremendous difference in the flavor. It comes in a 10 oz. container, and, at only 3 tsp. per loaf, a container lasts a long time."
