What breed is the black rooster is it a Jersey Giant?

Conformation lends itself to the possibility of JG. As others have asked what color are the bottoms of his feet ?

Beautiful rooster! It's possible he is a blue Jersey Giant, or a blue Australorp. He could be a blue anything really. Check the bottoms of his feet, if they are yellow then it is more likely that he is a Jersey Giant. However, if he they are pinkish/white, it more likely that he is an Australorp. This does not exclude the possibility that he is a mutt or some other blue breed. Where did you get him from?

What color are the feet bottoms?

based on his shape snd feathering, he looks a lot like a JG. A JG will have a flat/horizontal back, while an Australorp has more of a curved back when standing upright. Can’t tell from your pics, bc he’s pecking the ground.

Well TheOddOneOut I believe what I read about Jersey Giants is that most/or almost all Jersey Giants Have feathers on there feet

To my knowledge, jersey giants are clean legged. I might be wrong, though!

I believe that that they are clean legged but, I looked up Jersey Giant information to help you guys and all the pictures on there were of JG with feathered feet

I agree with you TheOddOneOut that he looks like a JG but. he does not have feathered feet.

I bought a got them from Meyer Hatchery, I have about 10 roosters that will need to be processed here soon but I will keeping the JG and Buff Brahma.
