Breakfast do you or not?

Can't really eat much at 7am except a glass of chocolate milk. Weekends and non-work days, English muffins, or cereal, or oatmeal, or eggs (any type of way), and the occasional bacon or sausage.
 
I just stick to coffee in the morning. I can't deal with the thought of food until later in the day. It is almost 3pm here and I'm still not ready to eat.

Must have it everyday, Usually it's some form of left over, steak, chicken, pork chop; at 5am. 5 am is coffee, & my leftovers. At 7am I leave for work, with a coffee and bagel, w/ egg and cheese. I eat on commute, it's the only way I can eat without being interupted

Edited to add, if I don't eat a small something upon awaking I will throw up! I have been like this all my life. it just needs to be a few bites.. Not a lot, but something.. My hubby got mad when day, while i was "getting sick." He hates listen to that sound first thing everyday

And told me to go see doc. there must be something wrong.. blah blah blah..

Doc. said try eating first thing.. Yup it worked

I ride my bike to work pretty much everyday of the year. I don't like to eat before I saddle up. I tend to eat a piece of fruit and some almonds when I get to work. At home, I just drink one cup of coffee with some half and half in it.

Light breakfast usually. Sometimes, I get fat free plain greek yogurt and put a scoop of jam in it.

We eat pretty basic in our house. Most of the foods are whole foods and prepared at home. Cooking all of my from scratch is a goal of mine.
