This is 1/2 pint jars of delicious jams.
You will get 1 jar of each flavor or you can mix them around.
Strawberry-Banana jam made from fresh strawberries, ripe bananas, sugar and pectin.
Apple-Caramel jam made with Granny Smith apples, brown sugar, white sugar, spices, pectin.
Sweet/Hot Pepper jam made with red, green, yellow bell peppers, seeded jalapenos, ACV, sugar and pectin.
I use the water bath method to seal the jars.
The Strawberry-Banana and the Apple-Caramel are also great warmed up for ice cream toppings.
The Sweet/Hot Peeper jam can be mixed with cream cheese to make a party dip.
(side note) If you are wanting more than 2 jars of pepper jelly it will be next week before I could ship)
