Looks like the breakfast they served us at the hostel in London. (Not kidding!) Just add some stewed tomatoes and take away the hot sauce.

Ohmygoooddd delicious! Except im not for spicy in the morning, so minus the hot sauce. I would put syrup on that dish before hot sauce.
