MUMMmmmm. So now that chocolate is good for you, and almonds are one of the best nuts for health, and coffee helps the heart... seems to me that is a mom approved breakfast.

funny thing about me and almonds:

My birth name is

Gabriel Sebastiano Arce De Mendoza

*whew. long tag for a kid. Anyways we come from Mendoza, Spain...known to have almond trees.

In the 9-10th century our last name, or surname was De Almondosa, which was " from the almond trees"

So I tell people " all us Mendoza's are nuts".
