Hellooo. I have two salmon faverolles brooded together, and a few weeks ago introduced a solo silkie who I just found out is male. Fortunately have a lovely home for him lined up, and I’m debating giving away a single faverolle to go with him since she’s extremely flighty with humans but gets along well with the little guy. She seems to give the other faverolle a bit of anxiety, but because they were brooded together they’re definitely bonded when they adventure (seem lost without the other). I’m picking up a silkie pullet of the same age tomorrow. I know this all seems like wild chicken chess, but just want them all to have good lives and buddies. Is it mean to separate? Am I overthinking this?
