Breathing issue and calcium deposits on egg

Bring her inside, start weighing her daily, if she is loosing weight you need to tube her. Not sure whats wrong but dying from dehydration wont help so start with warm pedialyte or Gatorade. Then you can do baby parrot food after you get poop.
Is there something written to this treatment that I can go off of? Never heard of the baby parrot food portion.

I'm sorry your duck isn't doing well.

I have a duck who lays eggs that look like that. We took her to the vet. She had normal calcium levels for a laying duck. They said she probably has infectious bronchitis. Apparently it affects the egg shell gland? She never had respiratory issues though, so we never treated it, and she's been laying funky eggs for years.

Can you possibly take her to a vet? I'm afraid she won't make it otherwise. She looks in pain.

Thank you everyone, we took her to a vet and the prognosis was bad and we did end up euthanizing her today. We are going to treat the others with antibiotics, because there symptoms are mild in comparison. Vet did say pneumonia or something similar is likely. This is one big mistake we will be watching out for here on out.
Black duck #2 RIP

Oh I'm sorry... But I am thankful she is no longer suffering.
