Breathing issue in 14 week old brahma

I'm hoping I'm wrong but this chick is breathing like this throughout the day. She has normal breaths too but these seem to be just as often. Can someone tell me if something is wrong and if so, what I can do? There are two video links below.

How hot is it? What's your weather like?

I'd make sure she's drinking well. You can give electrolytes for part of the day, but make sure she's got fresh cool water available as well.

The heat index was 110 yesterday, same for today. I did give electrolytes. Do you think it's a respiratory issue...a need for meds/vet?
