Breathing problem

I have a chicken who has breathing problem and sneezing please any one guide me how can i improve her health and get rid of this disease

Welcome to BYC!! What I use is called Vet Rx. Tractors Supply should have it. Make sure to mix with warm water. How long has this been going on?

Its been a month now I have changed place and even isolated her but nothing seems to be improving her breathing problem.

I would definitely try the vet rx. I'm not the most familiar with chickens, but I usually use that when things go wrong with my poultry.

It will I know lots of people that use it on their chickens. You just rub it around their neck and beak
