Breed and cockerel or pullet???

Hi! We are wondering what breed of chicken the grayish/white one is.

Also australorps and plymouth rock are cockerel or pullet. They are all 11 weeks old.

Grey is Barred Plymouth Rock. I’m saying cockerel

Light one looks like Easter Egger .... I’ll also vote cockerel

No clue what dark one is.


Just for clarification..... I’m only 89% sure they are chickens. My breed/sex numbers fall very quickly past that.

I’m no pro, but all of those look like cockerels to me. I have 12 and 13 week old BRs and Australorps...none have that much red or such developed combs/waddles.

The gray one is lovely, and possibly an Easter Egger based on the comb and shape (I’ve got four of those too). With those red splotches on the shoulder, I *think* that means cockerel. Maybe it’s a different variety and a pullet tho—that’d be nice!

I'm assuming there are 3 separate birds here. Your black australorp and BR are cockerels. The last one is a pullet.

I agree with the above - Australorp and Plymouth Rock are cockerels.
My guess would be pullet on the last one.

First off, they are not BR. They are Cuckoo Marans. Shown by the lack of good barring and pink legs. The Easter Egger is your only girl.

Definitely Easter egger! Your lucky if it turns out to be a hen, blue green or pink eggs! I think she is a pullet, best way to tell is if she doesn’t start crowing lol others are probably cockerels, but I’m not professional
