First one looks like a male silver laced wyandotte. Unclear lacing and saddle feathers noted. Second one also has a rose comb but unsure of breed or gender.

The first is a Wyandotte mix rooster. The second is a Wyandotts, also maybe a mix, and also a rooster.

Both are mixed breed cockerels.

I agree, they both appear to be cockerels. The black and white one more so than the red, but I think that one's a cockerel also. I also agree they're likely Wyandotte mixes.
