How’s that little Dominique?

My absolute best friend but also a very needy boy. Barred rock is a bit more skittish but Feisty is my talk to me hold me, let me be on your shoulders, pick me up and chat with me. I kid you not I will scoop him up in one hand his legs dangle and he will just do little talking coos at me and then I pull him up and give him his attention. When I put him down he just wants to be around me mostly. I have to tell him to go play. He sees others getting attention and you can see his face just that "I want in on this look at me give me the attention". If he maintains a social attitude through into adulthood it will be a great rooster because even my kids can come in and he will chatter and sit on their hands too. My fingers are crossed for him to win the best roo. It's the understanding (that I've told both boys) only a nice, patient and non-threatening or reactive boy stays. I looked them both in the eye and said if you attack any person that sees you daily or often (neighbors visit often) than I will eat you without missing a beat. I'm hoping for best case scenario and having 2 very nice roosters so that neither is soup and I can just find a nice home for one (the barred rock marshmellow is my personal rehome pick given how pretty doms look all grown up). I have time though and I know that any animal will have a time where they will try to test me (it would shock me if they didn't hormones make any living thing act up) and how they respond. It's nice though that Feisty always is right there talking to me and when I leave looks like he wants to just be with me. My little buddy.
