Breed and gender help??? 8 weeks old

I'm thinking this lil bird is a Rooster because of the way it acts. It's a very small bird com paired to my others. I have no clue what breed either!?? Any suggestions??

The yellow bird in the middle ... Pretty bird but no clue what it is?

Looks like a pullet to me.

I don't know it the pictures show it well but the bird also has olive green legs and feet.
