Breed and gender help please

7 weeks old. Bought females by the way. At the moment this black and white feathered feet chicken is named Mila

It looks like a French Cuckoo Marans cockerel, but the barring looks female so you'll have to see what others think!

Hmm. I would say cuckoo marans cockerel too but I'd expect a cockerel to be much lighter in color.

Maybe its a Blue Cuckoo Marans? Pretty sure that's a cockerel either way with that big red comb and wattles at only 7 weeks old.

Ohhh olive egger makes much more sense now that I think of it. I've got an OE cockerel (cuckoo maran and legbar mix) and he looked very similar when he was younger.

Olive Eggers are mixes and can be any color! I have a couple that look like welsummers and my cockerel is black and white.

Also, I'm still pretty confident yours is a male. You can always wait until you hear a crow but have a plan ready if you need to get rid of him.
