Breed and gender help?

So I bought this chick from rural king, and it said pullets only but I never trust them! It said that this bird lays dark brown eggs and that it was 'rare'. I think it may be a maran? It's about 4 weeks old, can anyone guess the breed and gender of this baby??

Black copper marans have feathers down the legs, it's not cuckoo color either, so I don't think it's a marans.

All I know for sure is it can't be an australorp because they lay light brown eggs, and the sign said super dark brown eggs

Feed stores get their chicks mixed up very often. Also the people selling them rarely know anything about them including how to tell different breeds apart.

Regardless, any ideas on gender? Or still to early?
