Breed and Gender help?

Hie! Need some help sexing and putting a breed to 3 of my 6 week old chicks!

isa brown pullet,glw pullet, and a barred rock pullet?

#1 is a pullet -- not positive on the breed. Isa Brown? NHR?

#2 is a Golden Laced Wyandotte cockerel -- splotchy, irregular lacing on the shoulder feathers and comb and wattles like that at 6 weeks? Yeah, I think it's a cockerel.
#3 is a Barred Rock pullet -- my favorite breed.

What confuses me is that #2 is very reserved and quiet, also she is the smallest of the bunch. Aren't roos supposed to be outgoing and larger then hens?

Not all the time. Some are, and some aren't. Only 2 of my 6 roosters were friendly and outgoing. All the rest wanted nothing to do with me and never let me touch them. As to the size, I think roosters grow a little slower -- whether that's just pertaining to their feathers or just in general I'm not 100% sure.

#1 - Pullet, hard to say what breed. A profile pic would help...
#2 - Golden Laced Wyandotte cockerel.
#3 - Barred Rock pullet.
