Breed and Gender help

This chicken was just found wandering the neighborhood. Any guesses on breed? Or sex? Tail feathers don't seem to be long, it does seem to have barbs.

She is a production red hen and is in apparent great shape - either laying or just about to.

Hatchery quality Rhode Island Red, or porduction red. Not knowing age is difficult, my overall feeling is pullet at point of lay but that last pic pings my Roo-dar a little, if it's a younger bird. Another month should tell gender easily.
