Breed and gender help?

I'm gonna guess a mix of some sort, hopefully someone with more experience will chime in though I know white plymouth rocks have yellow legs, and delaware's I believe have black around the hackles.
Do you have pics of the dark one? Did it turn out to be a he?

yes the other chick was a roo and VERY aggresive i had to rehome him to a farm after one of my polishXsilkies got sick i had to quarantine her for a week and within that week the roo was fully introduced to the coop and when the sick pullet returned even after being fully healthy this mean little roo would attack her pecking her in the head and neck and the poor thing couldnt defend herself cause her tophat interfeared with her vision so the little roo as cute as he was just had to go!
