Breed and gender please help !

Looks similar to a Belgian D'uccle chick. Maybe a booted bantam. Could be a mix as well. But I'm just guessing by appearances. I'm afraid I'm not much help. I'm sorry. But it is a very pretty birdie.

Yes i am confused also because i bought blue and green eggs and i incubated them, this is the only one that look different from his brothers

Blue and green eggs. Then most likely a mix. I don't know any chickens with feathered legs that lay blue eggs. But other more experienced members may know of some. May be more clear when the adult plumage comes in. The head reminds me of my Easter Eggers as chicks. Just the legs that are throwing me.
