Breed AND Gender please???

This is one of my 4 middle sized chicks, feed store told me they were all res Star pullets at 8 weeks old, they are about 16 now. But this guy/girl looks different in the top notch and hanger downers than the other three do, and the color on all of them is so much darker than the red star pictures I've seen, coudl they be RHR? BTW I'm new to chickens, and still learning. lol

Thanks and shoot, what do I do with another rooster?? I'm too attatched to have him for supper, this guy is like a lap chicken.
