Breed and Gender (really stumped)

I would say roo, but I'm horrible at this. I just wanted to say that I love the picture of him eating the grapes and the one of them all on the steps.

We actually got him from a local who doesn't seem to know much more than I do. I know his daddy was a BO because all the roosters were BO. But, I'm not sure what the mamma was.

We have thought roo for weeks now. But, we are not 100%!
