breed and gender? stumped!

here are the photos of the three chickens we have no idea the types of sexes of any. these were hatched in our incubator at home, the eggs were given to my daughter from a local farm. They are about 7weeks old. any ideas on the type of breeds and genders. and why first one doesn't have any tail feathers?
























 
From the peacombs and cheek puffs they are probably what are generally called Easter Eggers, or Araucana/Ameraucana crosses. .. Araucana do not have tails and it will sometimes also show up down the line in their crosses... They are still young to tell, but right now would guess the first two look like males from the combs and the last like a female.
