It might just be me, but it looks like she has some black speckles around the neck, if she does, she might be a delaware. If she's all white, then probably a white rock

Nope it's not just you, I see that too! I'm wondering if it is some sort of reflection or maybe it really is there and then you'd be right with a Delaware!

She definitely has black speckles aroun her neck and on her wings. Here is a better pic:
