With the black trimming on the tail and wings, it is a Production Red (RSL's have white trim due to the red/silver crossing to create the RSL).

Age would help my next response... but yes, looks to be pullet. Should lay some nice eggs for you in about a month if it is about 14 to 16 weeks of age.

she (hopefully) was about 9 weeks in that picture
