Breed and gender

The person who sold me tell that these are light sussex but i am confuse because of there beak color

They could be a poor-quality Light Sussex.

How can we tell delawares from light sussex.is there any difference between them?

The pattern of mostly white, with some black in tail, neck, and wingtips is called "Columbian."

Light Sussex should have white legs and Columbian patterned feathers.

Columbian Rocks should have yellow legs and Columbian patterned feathers.

Delawares should have yellow legs and Columbian patterned feathers WITH white bars across the feathers. The white bars only show on the black part of the feathers.

Columbian Wyandottes should have yellow legs, Columbian patterned feathers, and rose combs. (You do not have these.)

Light Brahmas should have feathered legs, Columbian patterned feathers, and pea combs. (You do not have these.)

And just to make it confusing, any breed can have other leg colors if they are poor-quality members of their breed.

I cannot tell whether yours have the white bars on the black parts of the feathers, or not. From what I see, you could easily have the Light Sussex the shop said you bought. But they could possibly be Delawares or Columbian Rocks or just some mixed breed that has that color pattern.

Delawares and Rocks are common in the US, Sussex are more common in England, and I have no idea which ones are more common in Pakistan.
