Breed and Gender

We got this chick at a local feed store. It is about 7 weeks old. I was thinking the saddle feathers are looking roo to me but I’m not sure about the breed.

She has a small comb and a female specific feather pattern.

The pointy saddle and hackle feathers don't start coming in until around 12 weeks just so you know on those for future.
