Breed and gender

A friend of mine gave me this chicken. It is "suppose" to be a young rooster. It hatched in march. If you guys could tell me the gender and what breed it is that would be great. Thanks

The person who gave me it had no idea what breed it was. I was thinking some type of mix. I'm not sure.

Yes, down both feet.
