With a comb that red at roughly 7 weeks old, I’m gonna say it looks like a cockerel to me.
I have 10 week old Easter Eggers that look similar to this, and all my pullets still have very faint colored combs that are just starting to develop. My cockerels’ combs look like the one you have there.
