Breed and sex(are they even a breed?)

I got these chick's from a Plymouth Barred Rock Rooster but I don't know the hens breed. (pictures of chick's and the hen are provided below.)

Any cross with different breed parents is a barnyard mix (aside from sexlinks, but those have to be made purposefully usually because they require specific father's and mothers)

They mean the female is either a mix between different game colors or she has a game parent and resembles that parent. By looking at her they can notice the game blood in her
