Breed and sex of black chicken

Alright y’all can anyone tell me what breed this little dude is?? He’s 11 weeks old and I got him from a guy that had all kinds of chickens but he told me this chicky was a fibro EE and I got several of them but he looks nothing like the others. Also, does anyone know the sex I’m pretty sure he’s a roo based solely off his attitude. Thanks in advance!!

Still can be. Easter Eggers can pretty much have any comb type. Or even beardless.

Comb is pretty wide, but not very pronounced. I'd hold judgement on gender for now.
