Breed and Sex?

This was the 'free exotic chick' included in my order -- and I'm not sure what it is. Hatch date 4/2/18, rather smallish in comparison with the Silver Laced Wyandotte, Rocks and other pullets from the same order -- I'm thinking it may be a Silver Leghorn Rooster?

Cockerel for sure. Very well could be a Silver Leghorn. Pattern, earlobe color, leg color, comb type matches.

Some breed of rooster (it's hard to tell the breed).
