Breed? Any ideas?

I was given an egg and hatched it. The chick hatched 3 hours ago. Any idea of the breed?

Most likely a mixed breed.

My main concern is do you only have 1 chick? If so i'd get him/her some friends Asap. I'd try going to a local feed store to get him some friends. Chicken are very social animals and need other chicks to stay happy.

We also have a week old chick, and 7 others that are supposed to hatch today. This little chick hatched earlier then all the others.
